The house
This website is operated by Era Vita Inc. ERA VITA™ is the mark while the trademark application is pending.
The work
The pages, name, photographs, and product language belong to the house. They are not available for another commercial use.
Membership
Membership is access and correspondence with the house. It is not a discount and not a sale. Only benefits the house has published apply.
A purchase
Prices, availability, shipping, and import duties appear only when the house has authorized them. Shipping paid by the house and duties paid by the house are separate statements, and neither is made until that arrangement is in place.
A purchase follows what is shown at checkout, including any return terms stated with the order.
